The Ai Squared technical support team is seeking a bright and caring technical person to provide phone and email support to our low-vision customers. In this role, you will also perform product testing and troubleshooting, and interface with the Product Development and Quality Assurance teams to facilitate information exchange.
Requirements
In-depth product knowledge to answer questions associated with Ai Squared's products.
Strong customer satisfaction skills to assure customer satisfaction in Ai Squared products and services.
Strong team skills for intra department and cross-team activity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to share technical information and finding among with team members and other departments.
