How do I know what product version I have?
The product version number is listed in the "About" dialog of the Help section.
You can also find the product version printed on the label of the
product CD.

What is a Multi-user license?
A Multi-User License permits an organization to share Ai Squared products among multiple users without having to purchase multiple individual licenses. For more information see ZoomText Site License or BigShot Network License.

How do I order?
There are several ways you can order. If you're purchasing a single user license you can order online by using the "Buy Now" buttons on the product pages. You can also contact us by mail, email or phone. For upgrades or multi-user licenses you can call us at 1-800-859-0270.

Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days

How long for delivery time?
Within the continental US and Canada most shipments take 3 to 5 business
days. Outside of the continental US and Canada most shipments take 5 to 7 business days.
