Remote Control Support
The Ai Squared Technical Support Department offers remote control support of PC’s for users that require support where the Support Representatives can see the screen, control the mouse and work as if physically present to resolve issues that cannot be resolved via phone or email support.

Join our next webinar on 8/10!
On August 10th from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST, we’ll be hosting a free webinar entitled “ZoomText 9.1 and Adobe Reader”. It’s designed for ZoomText 9.1 users and will concentrate on using ZoomText with Adobe Reader and PDF files. We will cover recommended settings and troubleshooting steps to help ZoomText Read PDF files.
It will be given by Product Support Specialist Gus Fleischmann along with Product Support manager Gary Walker. While it’s free to participate, it’s limited to 15 seats so send an email to today with “Adobe Reader” in the subject field along with your name and email address to sign up.
