Normally we share stories about people and their service dogs. Today’s story is quite the reverse – it’s about a blind dog who needed some help from humans.
Stevie, appropriately named after Stevie Wonder, was blinded from injuries and an infection that resulted from reported abuse. He was found wandering the streets of Albuquerque, NM until he was picked up by a local shelter. Luckily for Stevie, one of the pitchers of a local minor-league baseball team, the Albuquerque Isotopes, adopted him to give him all the love he deserved.
