Thank you for your interest in our Easy Pay program. We want to make sure that you understand the terms of the program completely and we’re asking you to acknowledge them by filling out this simple form.
- You are entering into a contract to make either 6 or 12 equal payments for your ZoomText purchase or upgrade.
- These payments will occur on or near this date in the subsequent months.
- Our normal 90 day return policy applies to your Easy Pay purchase. If you return ZoomText within the 90 day timeframe we will cancel your Easy Pay plan. You will not incur any further billings.
- If, after 90 days, you have not returned your copy of ZoomText you will be responsible for completing all the payments in your plan. Your responsibility continues even if you no longer use ZoomText or obtained another copy elsewhere. You may not cancel this contract at any point after the initial 90 days.
