Survey Results

Image of a trophyThe April issue of ZoomNews polled our readers about how ZoomText has changed their lives. First off, congratulations to Glenn Goodeaux whose name was chosen in the raffle from all the participants - he won a $100 Amazon.com gift certificate!

We are planning on making these stories into videos read aloud by some of the staff here at Ai Squared. We are so excited to share them all with you, plus then you get to "meet" some of the people that develop, support, market and sell the ZoomText that you know and love! In the meantime, we'll share Glenn's story since he won the raffle:

"ZoomText has changed my life because of my RP (Retinitis pigmentosa), I could not read my etext book fast enough. But with ZoomText reading to me as fast as I want it to I can make it through my ebooks for school. I have tried other software but none of them highlighted the word for me to view where it was reading. So now with ZoomText reading and highlighting I am able to follow alone and not be behind any longer. I don't think I would have stayed in college if I didn't have ZoomText to help me along the way. Thanks ZoomText."

Thanks to everyone who participated - not only did you have a chance to win a prize, but your stories will make for really interesting and inspirational videos. Keep an eye on our new blog for these videos to appear. Thanks again to Ted McCoskey for a great topic.

Read on for this month's contest and another chance to win!

New Contest

Image of MoneyThe next survey topic comes to us from Ben Utley and Angela Sarhaddi. They had both sent in the same request for a future survey: what's the best cell phone for someone who is visually impaired? Angela specifically asked about which phones are good for texting when you're visually impaired. They were both awarded a $25 Amazon.com gift certificate for their suggestion.

Let us know your thoughts on what cell phones are great and which ones aren't so great for the visually impaired - I'm sure all our readers will be looking forward to hearing the results of this survey. Send your answers to Becca at rproskin@aisquared.com by June 30th to be entered into this month's raffle for a $100 Amazon.com gift certificate!
