I have a user that states when they click on the Word 2007 Options button, the screen comes up half on and half off(off to the left) of the screen. The user cannot move this options box to view or make changes. Has anyone ever had this issue with Word 2007 and if so, how did it get resolved

This is not actually a reply, but yet another issue with ZoomText and Word 2007. When the user tried to open a Word 2007 document - using ZoomText AppDoc, he received an error message. We called AiSquared and followed the instruction to uninstall ZoomText, then download the full trial version and install it. The support person said this should resolve the ah_word_com.dll issue not being loaded. It did not resolve the issue.

This .dll is not disabled, it is not even loaded and we cannot seem to get it loaded. Installing ZoomText did not load this .dll. What do we need to do to get this resolved?

The user was under a deadline, so we had to convert the document to a pdf file so he could read it with ZoomText.

Just got off of the phone with AiSquared support. He had us use the FixIt option in ZoomText - Help > About ZoomText > Support Tab. We typed:
ahoi and chose FixIt. He then had us remove the Word ahoi. We did not add it back. Closed ZoomText. Reopened ZoomText, opened a Word document, used the DocApp in ZoomText and this seems to have resolved the problem for now. ZoomText support is sending us the link to the previous version of ZoomText to install. The upgrade has caused several problems and the resolutions do not seem to be consistent across all users.
