We have found that there is a problem with ZT9 and Kensington mice that are using the 6.11 version of the Kensington software.

When running the software in conjunction with ZoomText 9, users will experience severe lockups and crashes during a session of ZoomText.

Currently the workaround is to disable the software from running at startup:

1. Click on the Start button
2. Click on Run
3. Type in MSCONFIG
4. This will open the System Configuration Utility
5. Click on the Startup tab
6. Uncheck the following item:

Kmw_run.exe

7. Click Apply
8. Click Close
9. Click Restart Now

Any users that have experienced this problem that have this device, please reply to this thread, we would like to keep track of this issue.
