I'm trying to reinstall zt 7.1 onto my computer and I have jaws 7.1 an it already. But it tells me there is a issue when I install zt. Can anyone help? thanks.

Just a thought have you tried un-installing Jaws and then installing Zoom Text? Or maybey you should upgrade to Zoom Text 9.0 and then upgrade to Jaws 8.0 or 7.10. Try that and see what happens. Or wait to hear from one of the techincal people who can offer more advice on this than I can
