Here is a nice tip we received from one of our customers concerning using the AppReader and DocReader in GMAIL.

I don't know if anyone as asked this before, but I have found that when trying to read email messages in GMAIL, (GOOGLE EMAIL), the AP READER AND DOC READER don't work.

Here's a simple solution you might want to post in the ZOOMTEXT newsletter:

If you are in GMAIL, and need to use the AP or DOC reacers, simply click on the PRINT ALL link on the email page. CLOSE THE PRINT DIALOGUE BOX WHEN IT COMES UP. You will be left with the email message on your screen which is now readable by both AP READER AND DOC READER.
