If you have upgraded to version 10 and your ZT Keyboard doesn't work here is the answer:
If your keyboard is fairly new and the top keys just show icons just Click on start..find ZTKeyboard software in App list and click on it.
On menu select "Check for updates" and install new software

Your keyboard one of the older versions?
Then you have to replace it....they are offering a deal for new ones.
