Ai Squared

Hey i have a suggestion for this forum, what i think would be a great idea if the Aisquare tech support team had more involvement in this forum. I have seen the moderators say a few times in different posts about contacting the tech support for certain problems or suggestions.

Also it would be good to have announcements from Aisquared as well. I think there would be benefits for both Aisquared and the uses of this forum if there was more communication.

What do the rest of you think?

This is meant to be a user-to-user forum. If you need help from Ai Squared, you need to contact them directly. Derek and Shawn do pop in as time permits, but they're often very busy answering emails and other such things (like working on improving ZoomText and BigShot!). They help when they can, but that just isn't what the forum is for. It's for users to help users. We have a bunch of really great users here who are wonderful at helping their fellow ZoomText users and I'm very greatful for that (thanks guys!).

Neither are officialy sanctioned by Ai Squared; but they're both great resources.

I try to post relevant Ai Squared and ZoomText news here in my free time when I can, but you really should be checking the main page from time to time for the latest news and product updates/upgrades. The webmaster is much more likely to update the site than I am to post the news here.
