As Dave mentioned earlier in this thread; please see Anders' post here for the workaround:

I want to again state that it is not supported by Ai Squared and if you try it you do so at your own risk. If you are able to run ZoomText on Windows Server 2003; you won't be able to get any support from Ai Squared should any future problems arise. Just fair warning. If I were you; I'd check with your boss first before attempting it.

I'm going to lock this thread now because the issue has been answered and no further discussion is needed.
