Due to issues I am currently experiencing with the latest 9.18 build of Zoomtext, I would like to go back to the last update before this new release - which I believe is Zoomtext 9.14.5. However, I cannot seem to find a link to download previous updates - only the current one. Where can I download Zoomtext 9.14.5? Can someone please provide a link for this update?

I would also like to state that I think it would be a great idea for AiSquared to keep past updates available to the public. What if for example a user experiences problems with the latest update, but doesn't have the update to go back to the previous version?

If someone could post a link or tell me how I can access the 9.14.5 update I'd appreciate it.

I have tried to email support and I got confirmation - however it has been a couple of business days and I have yet to get a response.

Hello,

It is possible your email was replied back to. However you may not have received it as your email service provider may accidently have the aisquared domain in their black list so you would not get the email back. You would have to uninstall the 9.18 version if you wish and then you can reinstall the previous version of ZoomText you had. You can try downloading the 9.14 version from here: http://www.zoomtext.com/software/v91/ZT914_KPTV.exe Thanks.

Take care,

James

Thank you for the link for the 9.14 program. I appreciate it. However, how do I upgrade it to 9.14.5 as the version stated is 9.14.22? Thanks

Hi,
I think that 9.22 is better and later version than 9.5.
