PROBLEM
ZoomText Xtra (version 7) is not tracking the mouse pointer in Windows 2000.
CAUSE
The problem can occur when 'pointer shadows' are enabled.
WORK AROUND
Disable pointer shadows as follows:
- Select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Mouse.
- In the Mouse Properties dialog, select the Pointers tab.
- Uncheck 'Enable Pointer Shadows'
- Click the OK button.
