After downloading and installing the ZoomText version 8.11.1 trial, the ZoomText Update Wizard no longer updates ZoomText. When you attempt to update, the wizard indicates that an update is available, but the progress bar remains static on the screen (no progress) and fails to exit.
To resolve this problem you must have (or update to) Internet Explorer v5.5 or later, and download the new InstallShield update service from:
http://saturn.installshield.com/isus/310/sdk/installshieldupdateservicesdk.exe
After installing the new update service, run the ZoomText Update Wizard again.
