KB: Windows becomes non-responsive after starting AppReader

PROBLEM

On some systems, when starting AppReader in caret-less applications windows -- such as web pages, HTML email, and PDF documents -- the mouse pointer would disappear and Windows would stop responding to the keyboard. Windows would need to be restarted using the reset button on the computer.

SOLUTION

This problem has been fixed. Please update to 9.01.1 or later.
