KB: Changing the NeoSpeech reading rate in DocReader does not immediately take effect

PROBLEM
When using NeoSpeech to read documents in DocReader, increasing or decreasing the reading rate while continuously reading a document does not immediately take effect. DocReader keeps reading with the same rate until the user pauses and restarts DocReader, or DocReader pages to a new section of text.
FIX
This problem has been fixed in ZoomText version 9.03. Please download and install the latest ZoomText 9.0x update following the instructions on the this page:
