Hopefully you didn’t forget your Valentine last month - if you did and need to make it up to them, what better way than with an i-loview?!
In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, we’re offering you the chance to buy an i-loview handheld video magnifier for just $399 (normally $495) - just mention code VALENTINE when you call us up at (800) 859-0270 to place your order. With the i-loview, you can easily read labels, prescriptions, price tags, menus, bills, and so much more with this ultra-portable video magnifier. Even use it to read handwritten Valentine’s Day love notes!
Love is in the air!

In the last issue of ZoomNews, we asked you to send in your testimonials on how ZoomText or any of our products has improved your life. First off, congratulations to Claude Roberts whose name was drawn in the raffle and is our $100 Amazon.com gift certificate winner!
We would like to thank each and every person who submitted their story. The entire staff here at Ai Squared enjoyed reading them - we have some pretty amazing customers! While we encourage you to read through the entire document, here are some great tidbits:

This time around, we’d love to hear your ideas on topics for future tips and tricks videos. We’ve got a ton of them out there on our blog, but we are always looking to make more. The best kind to make are the ones that you have suggested!
Maybe there’s a particular feature in ZoomText that confuses you or you’d just like to know more about it. You don’t have to limit your suggestions to ZoomText on the PC; there’s ZoomText Mac, ZoomText ImageReader, our Large-Print Keyboards, the i-loview, our mobile apps, and so much more.
Everyone who sends in one idea will receive an entry into the drawing for a $100 Amazon.com gift certificate - to receive an extra entry, send us two or more topics!
Email your entry to Becca by March 14th to be entered into the drawing. Good luck!

Ai Squared is proud to announce a new company logo! We’ve got a new tagline as well, to better encompass our growing line of products: We’ve got accessibility covered.
In the coming months, we’re unveiling a brand new website to complete our “face lift”. Stay tuned!
As you may have heard, Ai Squared recently launched sitecues, an assistive technology that builds magnification and reading capabilities right into websites.
sitecues is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution; corporations, organizations, municipalities, cities, state and federal government agencies, and schools can purchase sitecues to make their websites easier to read and hear. Their sites are now more inclusive and enjoyable to visit, making it easier for visitors to consume content. In turn, there is no cost to the website visitor.

We just posted a whole bunch of free live webinars and we’d love for you to join us. The topics we’re covering in the coming weeks are: “Introducing ZoomText University” where we talk about our in-person training events and “Using ZoomText & Gmail: Gmail Keyboard Accessibility Settings” where we will show you how to turn on keyboard shortcuts so you can easily navigate through your inbox or start writing an email message when using ZoomText. There are still a couple sessions for “Staying Connected with Ai Squared” and “ZoomText Show and Tell” as well.
Hope to “see” you there!
Have you heard about ZoomText University? Our hands-on training courses are a great way to learn all the ins and outs of ZoomText. Most of the courses take place over two days but we are hosting some special one-day training events right before CSUN conference next month; perfect for anyone who is already traveling to that tradeshow.
As a limited time offer, we’re throwing in a free ZoomText Professional Certification (a $149 value)! Just sign up by March 31st for any class and you’ll receive this bonus.
Check out all the courses we have coming up - right now there are eight classes to pick from, taking place all over the United States. If you don’t see one that works for you or have questions, please email Kimberly Cline or call her at (802) 367-6152.
Did you tune into the Super Bowl this year? While the game wasn’t very exciting, there was an excellent commercial featuring people using assistive technology to enrich their lives. There was former New Orleans Saint, Steve Gleason, who has ALS, showing how he communicates with the world and his family. Hal Lasko, the 98-year-old who creates masterpieces in Microsoft Paint, literally pixel by pixel, despite having wet macular degeneration was featured in the ad as well.
As Maurie said in our recent blog post, “Seeing the commercial will inspire individuals with disabilities, parents, teachers, and medical professionals alike to seek a solution when they encounter a specific problem. Chances are, there’s a pretty good method already, or at the very least, one right around the corner.”
Though the game wasn’t close by any means, the Seahawks win was more gratifying after watching this pre-Super Bowl commercial, profiling their deaf fullback, Derrick Coleman. Accessible technology benefits us all and pro athletes are no exception.
ZoomText user Kathy Kalaluhi sent in a bunch of websites that she thought other ZoomText users would find interesting and helpful. We liked the idea so much that it’s become a regular “column” in ZoomNews! Below were her suggestions and if you’d like to submit any websites for the next issue, please email them to Becca.
