Remote Control Support
The Ai Squared Technical Support Department offers remote control support of PC’s for users that require support where the Support Representatives can see the screen, control the mouse and work as if physically present to resolve issues that cannot be resolved via phone or email support.

On March 30th from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST, we’ll be hosting a free webinar entitled “Understanding and using ZoomText Reading Zones”. It’s designed for beginning and intermediate ZoomText users and will concentrate on how to create, edit and use Reading Zones. Plus, we’ll show you how it can help improve your productivity using your everyday applications.
