Terms and Policies

In order to qualify for a ZoomText SMA:

• Your ZoomText product must be registered with Ai Squared.
• Site and District licensees must purchase SMA coverage for the total number users in their site or district license.
• If you own a Magnifier product and an SMA, and you upgrade to a Magnifier/Reader product, you must also upgrade to a Magnifier/Reader SMA.

The ZoomText Software Maintenance Agreement is available to international customers only (outside the U.S. and Canada). Customers within the U.S. and Canada may purchase a ZoomText Enhanced Support Plan (ESP).

Note: The next ZoomText upgrade, version 9.1, will support Windows Vista, XP, 2000, NT4, ME (Millennium), and Windows 98. Subsequent upgrades may not support Windows NT4, ME (Millennium), or Windows 98.

If you purchase the ZoomText SMA plan, you will receive one upgrade after ZoomText 9.1. At that time, if you are still running Windows NT4, ME (Millennium), or Windows 98, you may need to upgrade your system to a newer Windows operating system in order to install and run the next ZoomText upgrade after version 9.1.
